Shipping Policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFO & POLICY
We ship Domestic via USPS, however their maybe some restrictions on some products. We ship products within 72 "business" hours of purchase (Excluding Saturday and Sunday. We are closed weekends), You will be provided a tracking number. Delivery can take 10 - 14 days on average inside the United States. Keep in mind we are not a large company and make all our items by hand.
If your order contains PRE ORDER items or BACK ORDER ITEMS, all items including instock items will be held, until all items purchased are available, whereas all items purchased will be shipped out together. Please make a note of Preorder and Backorder dates before making your purchases.
** We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages sent to the wrong address submitted during checkout, or for refunding or replacing packages if any of the these instances occur. If a package is lost you will need to contact your local post office with your tracking number.
** Any Domestic order returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., Customer will have to pay for reshipment of package.
** We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs for returns.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Note: It's illegal to falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a "gift" in order to avoid customs fees. Please do not ask us to do this for you.
