We create our products to order, by hand, just for you, in our warehouse in Sacramento, CA. Orders ship within 10 business days of ordering, unless your order contains a pre order. Tracking numbers are assigned as order exit our creation department. The tracking number will be update after your item is picked up by USPS.
We do not ship nor create your unique items on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, as our office is closed. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Warfit Clothing Co.™ cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Your order will be shipped via USPS, and a tracking code will be issued. If you need your order to require a signature you must request the extra service during checkout in the notes, once the order has been shipped, they are generally received within 1-10 business days. If your order contains Pre Order items, all items including instock items will be held, until all items purchased are available, whereas all items purchased will be shipped out together. Please take note of Pre Order ship out dates before making your purchase.
If there is no one present to sign or accept your package, it will still be left at your house. Warfit Clothing Co.™ cannot be held responsible for packages once they are delivered, and confirmed delivered by USPS. If you require a signature you must request this additional service during checkout.
Warfit Clothing Co.™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages if any of these instances occur. If a package is lost you will need to contact your local post office with your tracking number.
Any domestic order returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, ect., customer is responsible for the reshipment of the package.
We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs of returns or exchanges.
For APO's please ensure that the formatting for the address is 100% correct so that there are no issues when shipping your order. Here is an example of a properly formatted APO/FPO address:
